There are some people in this world who survive by taking advantage of others…..this is so infuriating to me!!  Then there are some people who have a very soft spot for them and let these parasites suck them dry.  I am not the person with the soft spot…ahhhhmmm…I’m just sayin.

Anyway, as I move more into adulthood I am yearning for a place to call home.  I have learned to hate renting and not having a forever home.  There are people everywhere when you live in an apartment complex and there are weird smells that permeate the hallways because everyone is cooking something TOTALLY different for dinner.  But the number one reason I need my own home is so I can have a dog!!  I don’t seem to be getting pregnant anytime soon and I NEED something to take care of.  Not to mention that I love dogs and have wanted one since I was 10 years old, whereas, my mother responds to this desire by getting a dog after I leave for college….whore!!

I am working at a restaurant this summer in Lake Forest, for those of you that don’t know where Lake Forest is, it’s the 4th richest city in the United States.  That about sums up Lake Forest in a nutshell.  So anyway, I have met some very interesting characters while working and I love.  Some make me smile, some make me curse, but they all give me money cause they have so much they don’t know what to do.  I guess that’s all for now.
